Pathways Rediscovered: Where Community, Generosity and Purpose Come Together

What happens when treasured items find a new home while helping support compassionate care for patients and families?

At Pathways Rediscovered, community generosity becomes part of the Pathways mission.

Earlier this week, Natalie Petersen, Pathways Director of Business Development, and Kris Whitfield, Pathways Rediscovered Store Manager, joined Brian and Tanner on Good Morning NOCO to talk about Pathways Rediscovered and the difference it makes throughout Northern Colorado.

More Than a Thrift Store

Pathways Rediscovered is more than a place to find great secondhand items. It is a community-powered extension of the Pathways mission.

When people donate gently used items, volunteer their time or shop at Pathways Rediscovered, they are helping give treasured belongings a new life while supporting the care and services Pathways provides to patients and families.

Every donation has the potential to make a difference. Every volunteer hour contributes to the effort. And every purchase helps turn community generosity into meaningful support.

It is a simple idea with a meaningful impact: what one person no longer needs can help support someone else when they need compassionate care most.

Community Generosity in Action

Pathways has been serving Northern Colorado for nearly 50 years, providing hospice, palliative and bereavement care to individuals and families.

That mission depends on a strong and engaged community.

Pathways Rediscovered gives community members another meaningful way to participate. Some people donate items. Others volunteer. Others stop in to shop and discover something special. Each of those actions helps strengthen the larger Pathways mission.

Together, these contributions create a place where community, generosity and purpose come together.

Giving Treasured Items a Second Life

There is something meaningful about finding a new purpose for something that has been treasured by someone else.

A piece of furniture, a book, a piece of clothing or another household item can begin a new chapter with someone else—and the proceeds from that generosity can help support compassionate care for people and families in Northern Colorado.

That connection between reuse and community care is at the heart of Pathways Rediscovered.

A Community-Funded Mission

For Pathways, community support is about more than fundraising. It is about creating opportunities for people to participate in a mission that touches the lives of individuals and families throughout Northern Colorado.

Pathways Rediscovered provides one of those opportunities.

Whether you donate, volunteer or shop, you are helping support an organization that has been part of the Northern Colorado community for nearly five decades.

We are grateful to everyone who makes Pathways Rediscovered possible and to everyone who helps turn everyday acts of generosity into compassionate care.
