Pathways Honors Inaugural Emeritus Board of Directors Members

Pathways recently celebrated an important milestone by introducing the inaugural class of Emeritus Board of Directors members, honoring five individuals whose leadership and service have helped advance Pathways' mission and strengthen its connection to the Northern Colorado community.

The special ceremony took place at the Pathways administration building in Fort Collins and included remarks from Tim Bowen, President and CEO of Care Synergy, Evan Hyatt, President of Pathways, and each of the new emeritus board members.

The celebration also included the unveiling of a new wall honoring the inaugural class — creating a permanent tribute to their service and contributions to Pathways.

Honoring a Legacy of Service

Please join us in congratulating:
  • JoAnn Lovins
  • Shari Vines
  • Mary Peery
  • John Blair
  • Earl Sethre
Each of these individuals has contributed to the Pathways mission and the broader Northern Colorado community through their service and leadership.

The creation of the Emeritus Board of Directors provides an opportunity for Pathways to recognize that legacy while maintaining a connection to the knowledge and experience of former board leaders.

Why Emeritus Board Members Matter

Emeritus board members can play an important role in an organization's long-term success. They carry institutional knowledge, historical perspective, relationships and a deep understanding of the organization's mission and evolution.

While their formal board service may have concluded, their connection to the organization and its mission can continue to be meaningful. Their perspective can help preserve organizational history, strengthen relationships within the community and provide valuable context as an organization looks toward the future.

For Pathways, honoring these leaders is also a way of recognizing that today's organization has been shaped by the dedication of many people who have served before us.

A Lasting Tribute

The unveiling of the Emeritus Board wall provides a lasting reminder of that legacy. Located in the Pathways administration building in Fort Collins, the wall honors the inaugural members and the contributions they have made to Pathways.

We are deeply grateful to JoAnn Lovins, Shari Vines, Mary Peery, John Blair and Earl Sethre for all they have done to support Pathways' mission and the Northern Colorado community.

Congratulations to our inaugural Emeritus Board of Directors members, and thank you for your enduring commitment to Pathways!
