Pathways Connects with CSU Students Through Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers play an important role at Pathways, and we’re always looking for people who want to share their time and talents in support of patients, families and our community.

On Thursday, Pathways participated in Colorado State University’s SLiCE event at the Lory Student Center. Hundreds of students and faculty attended the event to learn about volunteer opportunities and ways they can become more involved in the community.

The Student Leadership, Involvement and Community Engagement (SLiCE) office at CSU serves as an important connection between students and the communities around them. Through SLiCE, student organizations, student leaders and volunteers can discover opportunities to get involved, build connections and contribute to a stronger campus and community.

For Pathways, events like this provide an opportunity to connect with students who are looking for meaningful ways to make a difference. Volunteering with Pathways can be a rewarding way to share skills, build relationships and support people and families during important moments in their lives.

We appreciate CSU’s SLiCE team for creating opportunities that bring students and community organizations together, and we enjoyed meeting so many students interested in getting involved.
