Connecting With Our Northern Colorado Community

At Pathways, being part of our community means more than providing care. It means showing up, making connections, sharing resources, and helping people know where they can turn for support when they need it.

On Saturday, Pathways’ Shannon Neely, Patient Access Manager, and Natalie Petersen, Director of Business Development, spent the day at the Johnstown YMCA for the Connected Senior Expo.

The event brought together more than 30 vendors and community organizations, all with a shared goal of connecting older adults, families, and community members with valuable resources and services.

For Shannon and Natalie, the event was a great opportunity to meet members of the Northern Colorado community, answer questions, and share information about the many ways Pathways supports individuals and families.

Events like the Connected Senior Expo are an important part of building strong community connections. They allow us to introduce people to the services and resources available to them while also learning more about the needs and priorities of the people we serve.

We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by the Pathways table to say hello and to the event organizers for bringing so many community resources together in one place.

We’re proud to be part of the Northern Colorado community and look forward to continuing to connect, listen, and serve.
