SUPPORT GROUPS

Pathways Hospice Community Care for Northern Colorado

Pathways for Grief and Loss Support Groups

People who are grieving often feel isolated and misunderstood by those around them. A grief support group creates a safe, supportive community where it is not necessary to explain how you are feeling. This small community of grievers share in both telling their own stories of loss but also learn more about the grief experience, as well as ways to navigate through this difficult time. All groups are facilitated by Pathways grief counselors and are held at our main office located at 305 Carpenter Road in Fort Collins. Registration and fees are necessary for most of the groups.
