Caring with H'Art

Caring with H’Art is an open art group for anyone in the community who is caring for someone with a serious illness. This group offers a place where caregivers come together in a safe and supportive environment to share ideas, gain support and learn about caring for themselves as they care for their loved ones. Being creative can re-energize the work you do in caring for another. There is no need for art experience, just a willingness to have fun and discover your creative potential.
