Educational Seminars

PATHWAYS has developed presentations to help people gain a better understanding of grief and loss. PATHWAYS educators can tailor presentations to specific needs and different audiences.

Memorial Services

An Evening of Remembrance Winter Memorial Service and the Summer Memorial Service are held annually in January and July. The community is invited to the Pathways Hospice, 305 Carpenter Road, Fort Collins, for an evening of remembering loved ones. The services can include a slide show honoring loved ones, a message from a hospice staff member and special rituals of remembrance. NO FEE, NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Summer Grief Education Series

Summer Grief Education Series begins in June and meets one afternoon weekly through August. Hospice staff grief counselors present topics such as: What is Grief? Families Experiencing Grief and Importance of Self Care When Grieving. All sessions are open to those grieving the death of a loved one or anyone providing support to bereaved persons. Those interested may attend any or all of the sessions. NO FEE, NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Surviving the Holidays

Surviving the Holidays After the Death of a Loved One. The holiday season, especially the first after the death of a loved one, can be a very difficult time. The familiar routines and traditions may seem empty and hollow. If you are like most people in grief, you will have many questions about how to approach the holidays. Surviving the Holidays a presentation for bereaved persons, provides ideas to navigate the holiday season. NO FEE, NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
