     Breakfast in the Park Fundraiser

Pathways Hospice Community Care for Northern Colorado

Breakfast in the Park ~ July 31, 2010

Pathways Hospice is proud to announce the return of Breakfast in the Park. This popular community event was discontinued in 2006 after the major sponsor, Wild Oats Market, left the area. Since then, we have received numerous calls from the community asking for the return of the event. During its 12 year run, the event raised over $75,000.

All proceeds from the 2010 event will go towards our grief and loss programs for children which include Forgotten Mourners, Horses and Healing, Outreach to Poudre Valley Schools and the Teen Grief and Art Therapy program.

  • The event will be held on Saturday morning, July 31st at City Park in Fort Collins 8:30 am - 11 am
