We post position announcements as they become available, so check back frequently for new posts. Our openings usually fall in the categories of homecare, in-patient care, admissions and professional/administrative.

Please be aware that the Pathways Hospice Driving Record policy prohibits employing individuals in a position that requires driving if they have:

  • Three (3) or more moving violations, or one chargeable accident in which a citation was issued in the last 3 years.
          or
  • Any major conviction such as reckless driving, driving while intoxicated and/or driving under the influence within the last seven (7) years.


Chaplain - Part-Time

Work with multidisciplinary clinical team, primarily days Mon-Fri, with possible weekend on-call rotation. Undergraduate degree, graduate degree from theological seminary or divinity school, one unit of clinical pastoral education. Preferred master of divinity, two or more units of clinical pastoral education, certification by the Assoc. of Professional Chaplains. Bi-Lingual Preferred.

Development Director - Part Time

The Development Director leads the fund development efforts of Pathways Hospice by building relationships, and developing strategies to strengthen the agency’s donor base, and cultivate the agency’s endowment fund through increasing public awareness of the agency’s mission, vision and values. Excellent communication, time management & computer skills required.  Must have demonstrated success in fund development strategies and execution; grant writing experience preferred.  Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years experience in fundraising required, preferably in social or human services, non-profit, or health care sectors.

We offer Community Care that includes At Home Assistance for the Elderly, Sick and the Terminally Ill along with Grief and Loss Programs.
