Pathways Hospice Community Care for Northern Colorado

Our culture & values

Pathways Hospice, Community Care for Northern Colorado believes in a healthy work/life balance, believing that we can provide the best care to patients and families when we ourselves feel cared for, rested and balanced. We also offer a competitive compensation package in order to attract and keep the best care providers.

We recently had an outside organization survey our staff and board members to learn more about how we are performing and how we are perceived internally. Those surveyed said they especially appreciate the dedication of their fellow staff and board members, the integrity of the work environment, and the sense of purpose they find in fulfilling the Pathways Hospice mission. They also described their co-workers as compassionate, professional, experienced, dependable and friendly. We felt gratified to receive this feedback, and to have it confirmed by an outside source, because these are the qualities and values we strive for at Pathways Hospice. This is how we approach the care and support we provide to patients, families and our community.

An Equal Opportunity Employer

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other status protected by law or regulation. It is our intention that all qualified applicants be given equal opportunity and that selection decisions be based on job-related factors.
