We recently had an outside organization survey our staff and board members to learn more about how we are performing and how we are perceived internally. Those surveyed said they especially appreciate the dedication of their fellow staff and board members, the integrity of the work environment, and the sense of purpose they find in fulfilling the Pathways Hospice mission. They also described their co-workers as compassionate, professional, experienced, dependable and friendly. We felt gratified to receive this feedback, and to have it confirmed by an outside source, because these are the qualities and values we strive for at Pathways Hospice.
