New name, same commitment
Hospice of Larimer County has changed our name
| from |
 |
to |
 |

Our new name reflects our
- Community roots. A non-profit agency founded in 1978, Pathways Hospice began as an all-volunteer organization. Since then it has grown to employ 130 professional staff, including three Medical Directors, each Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
- Community focus. Pathways Hospice serves anyone in need, regardless of financial or insurance status. We also provide educational programs and grief support for schools, businesses and workplaces.
- Expanding service area. Our new Windsor office serves communities including Ault, Eaton, Johnstown, Milliken, Nunn, Pierce, Severance, Timnath and Windsor.
- Established programs. The name builds on our recognized PATHWAYS Programs for Grief & Loss—one of the leading grief support programs in the nation.
- Core beliefs. We believe each person’s end-of-life journey or grief process is unique, and we accordingly provide comprehensive, customized care.
